Our main raw material- stainless steel wire is purchased from large and highly skilled manufacturers in China and the powder we use is  Akzonobel.

With 20 years production experience, we are proud that we can produce super thick wire -1.2mm stainless steel security mesh. Our r&d team is still working on it day and night to make our high quality stainless steel mesh more perfect.

After weaving, there is an very important step- pretreatment, to increase the adsorption of powder and stainless steel wire .

All of our stainless steel mesh is cut in accordance with the customer's size requirements. This is completed by our professional technicians in the large cutting machine, to ensure our mesh can perfectly meet the size of your doors and Windows, so as to reduce waste.

This is done on the designed powder coating line. we use the world first-class powder- Akzonobel powder. The powder has strong attachment, and will not peel off or fade after many years.  And our mesh passes the Australian Standard Salt Spray Test.

We will customize the packing crates according to the mesh size, and the sheets are separated with paper to give the safest protection for the products and prevent the goods from damage in transit.
